Delivery
We offer collect from store and a range of UK and international delivery options for all products purchased from our website. Goods will be delivered Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Deliveries will not be made on weekends or bank holidays, unless otherwise stated. All delivery periods stated are approximate and will be sent to the shipping address you provide. Unfortunately we are unable to accept PO boxes currently. During our busy sale period delivery may take longer than usual.
Please note: customers are responsible for payment for any local customs duties and taxes.
Returns
Exchanges and Returns
Please email marisa@marisahelene.co.uk in the first instance to discuss the issue with the product and wait for a response before returning any item.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us if it is faulty or if there is another reason for your return.
Any returned item must be in its original condition and have all tags intact.
Once we receive your return, it is inspected, and we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
We will first offer a replacement or alternative, followed by a credit note towards another purchase from Marisa Helene.
If you are approved for a cash refund, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
